Patrick Riordan’s Professional History
Mr. Riordan's construction experience dates back thirty years when he started as a carpenter's apprentice for a small home builder. Following two years of education and an Associate Degree in Building Construction Technology from Illinois Central College he worked in construction quality control in the heavy industrial plants of the Texas Gulf Coast. Pat received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and became a Registered Architect in the State of Texas in 1987.
His architectural practice and constructed projects have encompassed a wide range of building types in locations from Texas to Thailand. These projects include private and public schools; hospitals and medical clinics; office buildings and parking garages; hotels and multi-family condominiums; retail
centers and theaters; restaurants and nightclubs; retirement facilities and nursing homes; and multi-million dollar residential housing.
Mr. Riordan is an experienced Architect and General Contractor and has successfully completed over 50
million dollars in total construction costs on projects since 1988.
